Yn ôl yr egwyddor o arsugniad swing pwysau, gan ddefnyddio gogor moleciwlaidd carbon o ansawdd uchel fel arsugniad, o dan bwysau penodol, oherwydd yr effaith ddeinamig, mae cyfradd trylediad ocsigen a nitrogen ar ridyll moleciwlaidd carbon yn dra gwahanol, gan ddefnyddio moleciwlau ocsigen i fod yn wedi'i arsugnu gan ridyll moleciwlaidd carbon, mae moleciwlau nitrogen yn cael eu cyfoethogi yn y cyfnod nwy, a chyflawnir gwahaniad nitrogen ocsigen.
Gan fod cynhwysedd arsugniad gogor moleciwlaidd carbon ar gyfer ocsigen yn amrywio gyda'r pwysau, gall lleihau'r pwysau ddadsugniad y moleciwlau ocsigen a arsugnir gan ridyll moleciwlaidd carbon, adfywio'r gogor moleciwlaidd carbon a'i ailddefnyddio.
Mabwysiadir dwy broses twr arsugniad, defnyddir un twr ar gyfer arsugniad a chynhyrchu nitrogen, defnyddir y twr arall ar gyfer dadsugniad ac adfywio, ac mae'r cylch yn ail i gynhyrchu nitrogen o ansawdd uchel yn barhaus.
